Your staffing pain and your technology backlog usually arrive as two suppliers, two contracts, and two people to chase. With us they’re one team that knows mid-market PI specifically: the portals, the Proclaim workflows, the volume you’re carrying, the margins you’re defending.
Because we build and we staff, the tools actually fit the people using them. We’re not consultants who draw you a diagram and leave. We ship it, and then we run it.

Fatiha runs Syara’s operations day to day: delivery, onboarding and the back-office teams behind both the builds and the desks.
Zakaria Borwin
Head of BI & Data Engineering
A trained data engineer with years at UK insurers. Reporting, BI, integrations and the data layer under your case files all run through Zakaria.
We split our time between the offshore office and the UK. With a little notice, we’re in your office — the meeting can be a boardroom, not a screen.
On data & access
Your case files are medical-grade sensitive, and we treat them that way. You contract with Syara Ltd, a UK company, under UK law. The data-protection paperwork arrives signed, not promised: a processor agreement, international-transfer safeguards and a documented transfer risk assessment before anyone opens a file. Access is scoped per matter, logged, and revoked the day someone leaves. If your IT or compliance team has a checklist, send it and we’ll answer it properly, in writing.

Do we have to take both?
No. Firms start with just the build, or just the desks. Take both and they knit together (the tools fit the team because the same people made both), but there’s no bundle you’re forced into.
What happens when we email?
Someone senior replies, not a sequence or a “success team”. Tell us which firm you’re with and whether it’s the build, the desks, or both, and you’ll get answers you can forward to a partner meeting.
