A — Supplement
We supplement your team.
Extra engineering capacity alongside your developers, on your backlog and your priorities. You keep the wheel; we add hands that know the road.

Better work on Proclaim, at a lower cost: the team’s offshore, the quality holds. And it’s rarely your software that’s the problem. Two years in, you won’t remember doing it by hand.
Demystify the mess. Then remove it.
What’s slowing your files down
It’s rarely the software’s fault. It’s how the system was set up, and never fixed. That’s the work.
A task list that says one thing while the file sits somewhere else. Handlers building their own workarounds outside the system, because working inside it is slower.
What we do
Rebuild the claim-type workflow around your process, intake to settlement, with every step enforced by the system instead of left to memory. PI across RTA, EL, PL and OL; housing disrepair; financial mis-selling.
Every portal and agency system the claim touches wants the same information typed in fresh. Each rekey is a minute gone and a chance to get it wrong.
What we do
Direct links to the claim portals, medical agencies, insurer and court systems your files already go through, plus e-signature, ID checks, payments and SMS. Keyed once, written out to everything the claim touches.
Fixed costs looked up by hand. Disbursements the firm has already paid for, never disclosed. Once a file passes the offer stage that money is gone, and nothing in the system checked before it got there.

What we do
A gate before the offer stage: the file cannot progress until the losses and fees are uploaded and the recorded disbursements reconcile against the value. A scanner reads the file history, the invoices, notes and correspondence, and puts anything that looks like a missing disbursement in front of a supervisor before the file moves.
What changed
One firm estimates its leakage is now around a twentieth of what it was. That figure is theirs, and it is an estimate. Read what we built for them →
Invoices from medical agencies and other third parties, with no straight answer on what is outstanding against what has already been paid. ATE missed on one file, cancelled weeks late on another.
What we do
Reconciliation pipelines that match what you owe against your ledger and against the case management system, so what is outstanding and what has been missed surfaces well before the payment terms run out. ATE tracked so it is in place when it should be, and cancelled on time.
The same thinking goes past the case management system. Shared folders, the wider IT setup, the things your own IT should be doing next: if it touches how the work gets done, we will tell you what we would change.
No report shows which files are stuck, who is carrying what, or where WIP is ageing. The management information is a spreadsheet somebody rebuilds by hand, late, and quietly distrusts.
What we do
Online intake that feeds the system, and Power BI on top, run by a data engineer with years at UK insurers. Enough visibility for a supervisor to manage from the data instead of from memory.
And we clean up what’s there
Dead screens gone, legacy fields stripped, the workflow rebuilt to how you work now. A cluttered system tells your team standards don’t matter here. A clean one tells them the opposite, every time they open a file.
If it isn’t listed, ask.
The retainer · two ways
One developer, three days a week, month to month. That is the whole arrangement.
Two developers, four days a week each; the fifth day is set aside for their own training. More than two and a half times the capacity for a quarter more.
The price isn’t moving; the calendar is. We take two new clients a quarter, and haven’t changed a client’s price in three years.
Who’s actually building it
Engineers from software, data and chemical backgrounds, trained hard on case-management platforms before they touch yours. People who learned your domain.
Why it costs what it costs
The team is offshore. That’s precisely why the price works without dropping the quality: the same engineers, a different cost base.
And we push
Engineers and project managers who argue their corner. We’ll tell you what we’ve seen work, steer you off what we’ve seen fail, and warn you about the messy bits before you meet them. If you’d rather not, we leave it, and we don’t bring it up every quarter. Some of what we suggested to our longest client got built two years later, when the firm was ready for it.
Migrations and out-of-hours work are included. If a cutover has to happen at two on a Sunday morning, that’s when we do it, and there’s no extra line on the invoice.
Transparency, made structural
You’ll know exactly who is building your system.
Strategy and build calls run with your project manager and the developer in the room, cameras on. You brief the person doing the work and watch it take shape. That’s the default, not something you ask for.
Two ways to run it
A — Supplement
Extra engineering capacity alongside your developers, on your backlog and your priorities. You keep the wheel; we add hands that know the road.
B — Become
Two or more developers running case-management development end to end. Your dev function, without the long, uncertain hunt to hire one.
A question we get
You do, and it stays yours. Workflows, documents, integrations, reports, all in your system, documented and handover-ready. Notice is weeks, not years, and everything keeps working after we’re gone.
On data & access
Case files are medical-grade sensitive. You contract with Syara Ltd, a UK company, under UK law; the DPA and transfer paperwork is signed before anyone opens a file. How we handle data and access →
Also from Syara
Some of what slows a file down isn’t a system problem at all. Someone is chasing a GP for records, or a client for a signed authority. We staff those desks too, run to your standard.
The people on those desks are trained on the system we built you. There’s no gap between the tool and the people using it, because nothing is handed over between two suppliers.

No form. No calendar wall. No sequence of automated follow-ups. If any of this is worth a conversation, write to the address below, and a person who can actually answer will reply. Tell us which firm you’re with, and whether it’s the build, the desks, or both.
