Syara / Back-office teams
Back-office teams that belong to your firm.
High-calibre graduates and engineers, on your files, run to your standard by a director with eight years’ experience inside high-volume PI. A better-run desk at a price the UK can’t match.
What a stretched back office costs you
It shows up in the margin, and the complaints.
- A handler carrying a volume caseload, losing minutes to admin on every file.
- Months to get a new hire productive, and the clock resets the day one leaves.
- Clients left without an update because nobody’s at a desk when they call.
- The post-settlement grind: breakdowns, slips, chasers, all back on a fee-earner.
Capacity is the lever.
But only capacity you can trust with your files, which is where most offshore staffing falls down.
What we take off your handlers’ desks
So handlers settle files instead of chasing records.
- Chasing GPs and hospitals for medical records, the bottleneck that holds up half your files.
- Chasing clients for signed authorities and bank details, the last things a payout waits on.
- Status updates, third-party follow-ups, forms: anything that can be taught and taken away.
If it can be taught, it can come off a handler’s desk, so they settle more and carry more.
Seat pricing
Take four seats and the fifth, the redundancy seat, is included. Five people on your files, four on your invoice.
First three months at £1,120 a seat, £480 off each, while the team learns your files. Full rate, full speed, from month four.
The intake
Two new firms a quarter. That’s the onboarding limit, so training doesn’t stretch and the firms already with us don’t feel the new ones. When the quarter’s places are taken, the onboarding rate goes with them.
Email us the roles you’re filling and you’ll get real figures for your setup.
You’re right to be sceptical
Say the doubts out loud.
A price this far under the UK market should set something off. Here are the doubts you’re bracing to raise, answered.
“So it’s cheap offshore labour.”
It sounds like it, and the price nearly says so. It isn’t. The people are graduates and engineers, overqualified for this seat in the UK; the price works because of where they are, not because we cut the quality.
“Offshore staff turn over, and I’ll retrain forever.”
Someone will be off sick; someone will quit. We make that our problem, not yours: you set the targets, a supervisor runs the team to them, and the fifth seat covers the gap. Paid well, most of them stay.
“They won’t know how we run personal injury.”
On day one, no, and they don’t need to. You teach us a case type once; we write the manual, and it’s yours to keep. After that it’s repeatable, and the knowledge lives with your firm.
“A different working week, so there’ll be gaps.”
We work Sunday to Thursday. You gain Sunday, when your office is dark and files sit. Monday to Thursday we overlap fully. Friday is your team’s; we’re lighter, and building toward covering it. Only Saturday is dark for both of us.
“My clients will know it’s an offshore team.”
Our people are already on the phone, with clients and with the GPs, hospitals and insurers your handlers chase all day. Graduates, strong English, on your scripts. Judge it on a call.
“You’re small and new, what if you fold?”
We’re not a five-hundred-seat outsourcer. The people who run it are named, and on your calls. Two new clients a quarter, on purpose, so we never sign more than we can run.
On data & access
Case files are medical-grade sensitive. You contract with Syara Ltd, a UK company, under UK law; access is scoped per matter, logged, and revoked the day someone leaves. How we handle data and access →

Proclaim development
Some of what we take off a handler’s desk needs a system built first: an import, a check before the offer stage, a report a supervisor can act on. We build those.
We build it and we staff it, so the people on your desks learn the system from the people who wrote it.
